As I walked back from the antiques place the other day, I noticed that the fire hydrant
had a nice shabby-chic patina with a nod to fall colors.
On Sunday we went to supper with friends and the candle flickered.

I think "shabby chic" sums up New York City beautifullyReplyDelete
Fall New York style is chic, shabby, and glorious as told through your photos.ReplyDelete
Love the fire hydrant and it's chunky letters. Oh, yes, and the candle light supper, splendid Hyacinth!Inspired me to get out tapes of Keeping up Appearances and laugh the morning away. "Richard, do wear a tie, Dear", as he goes out to dead head the roses...ReplyDelete
Love the fire hydrant I took a few photographs of them the last time I was in NY I just LOVE THEM.ReplyDelete
Autumnal shades, and the hydrant probably ought to be in the antiques market!ReplyDelete
