A Hint of Pink: or the Dawnserly Light

*

In the late afternoon, the sun paints otherwise dull buildings nice pastel colors.

Very early this morning the sky was beautifully pink --- looking both to the West...

...and to the East.

  1. Lovely! This reminds me of the time my niece, then about six, phoned me to verify her dad's claim that you can get pink skies.

  2. There's magic in pink sunrises and sunsets and you captured it well.

  3. Nice work the sun does--painting the sky, the clouds and everything on the landscape. One good thing about this time of year is that you don't have to be an early riser to enjoy a sunrise. Dawnserly Light--love it. Love your photos.

  6. Elizabeth, beautiful pink tones just in time for Valentine's Day! Your photos caught the tint so well.

May I also send a compliment along to handsome Buster who really did send out strong love rays in his Valentine portrait. Who could resist?
