Penn Station



I don't think the pigeon has anywhere in particular to go.


but he likes to keep on top of things.


At 7:48 there are a lot of wage slaves rushing about


and one man looking Hopperish reading The New York Times.

  1. When shop at the Home Improvement stores because of the sliding doors their are always birds sitting on top of shelves.

    I always hope they get out.

    I think the pigeon fancies him/herself as the official train dispatcher.

    Like you, I often see city sights that remind me of Mr Hopper's eye.

  5. At least the pigeon can travel to his destination without having to be crowded in with all the other wage slaves. Hopper would have loved that shot.
