and sometimes other places
Puddles reflected newly leafed branches, very nice! I just saw the Haiku Festival May 11th. I will have to put that on my calendar. Peace.
Hi Elizabeth,I love the reflection shot and the last shot. There is something beautiful about city rain/night shots; it is though the rains washes cleanses the city.We have had our share of rain. I am ready for the sun to come back out.
The leaf reflections are so delicate. Yesterday on my blog I boasted about the glorious Australian Autumn weather. Today it poured!
Love life's reflection on that water puddle!!!
I am loving the rain also...it feels like home :) Stunning photos...esp. the reflection in the puddle.
It's very atmospheric, isn't it? I like that quality of it.
Once I was home, I enjoyed it too .. gotta find a raincoat with a hood .. this weather and my hair do not like one another
It's way too hot here and I am wishing it will rain. When I am back from work, most flowers are wilting..so lots of rain will help. Love the reflection..hugs/M
Rain? Clothes for being in rain? You need to send some time here in the Seattle area ...
I couldn't agree with you more...there is some sort of guilty pleasure in enjoying rain when everyone else seems to loathe it so. And I agree, that stand at the farmers market is quite odd! Although I must say I do enjoy their wraps every couple of months...
"I rather enjoyed it." Oh, Elizabeth, you made me giggle! :-) I had felt rather sorry for you, after all those beautiful, yet rain-soaked images. The puddle, by the way, I just love it!
P.S.:M. will be here in V next week -how about hopping on a plane? ;-)
love these night shots Elizabeth - really nice and also the monochrome shot of the leaves reflection....
i was in union square on sunday... the rain was quite pretty, i agree
Love the photo of the puddle reflection! I just got back to New York late last month from London, and now I feel like I'm back in the UK! I'm ready for SPRING!
Other people's rain always looks terribly romantic. I loved your patchouli comment -- that is the essence of the Elizabeth humour/observation!
Love the evening shots with the blur...makes you really feel the cool evening rain.
Ah, I can smell the wet city!Thank you, Elizabeth & Aloha
It could be Dutch weather too! I like the puddle photo! It's a good reflection. Thanks for visiting!
I look forward to hearing from you!
