It's hard to wipe the smiles off our face isn't it...every day has purpose now, just don't feel like I'm in that whirlpool that's going down the drain!
I heard a cardinal singing for a mate yesterday...could that mean an early spring...let's hope so!
We feel that excitement even over here in the UK. Love both the photographs today. I read that Sweet Repose heard a red cardinal singing - how i would love to do that. I did see one last May in the US but have never heard its song.
I do love the bird photos...Sparrows are such sweet creatures. You shadow shot is impressive. Lovely serene, photos here, Elizabeth. Happy week ((HUGS)) Oh, stop by if you get a chance this week--I'm having a fun giveaway. :o)
Sweet, puffy (chipping? I think?) sparrows. I occasionally get sparrows at my feeders, but mostly just chickadees and juncos with the occasional nuthatch. Oh, and the crows.
What wonderful shadows! I love the shadow/reflections. Just beautiful. Also enjoyed your Chinese New Year photos... and the whole page. Scrolling down your posts makes me nostalgic for NYC.
Love the bird shot!
ReplyDeleteAnd, yes, what an exciting week!

I really like those sparrows. They look nice & tubby. There must be a lot of crumbs on 22nd street! Hope you have a great Sunday :)

Great shot of the birds sitting on the tree.

Love your shots-I like reflections almost as much as shadows--I need to start of file of those. Much harder to shoot and come by I think.
