Indoors

Sitting in a cafe seems a sensible thing to do on a wet day.

Even working in the dry cleaners would be warm.
This is New York in June.

If you have to take a field trip to Union Square, at least
you get to see the giant blow up rat, holding bags of money.
(He symbolizes the use of non-union labor.)

  5. I was going to echo Willow; interesting about the rat.

And yes! It's cold and wet here, too. Better to be snug in a cafe than stuck outdoors at Sports Day!

  9. Is it raining EVERYWHERE! Should we start building an ark and gather in animals? What happened to the drought? Oh, well, rain makes nice photos. Liked yours a lot.

Our youngest returned from DC this morning, it was raining on all but 3 out of 14 days. I hope the sunshine returns to the East Coast soon!
