Penn Station

I don't think the pigeon has anywhere in particular to go.

but he likes to keep on top of things.

At 7:48 there are a lot of wage slaves rushing about

and one man looking Hopperish reading The New York Times.

  1. When shop at the Home Improvement stores because of the sliding doors their are always birds sitting on top of shelves.

I always hope they get out.

    cheers, parsnip

  2. Hopper-ish yes.

This brings back times, memories, smells. . .

    Thank you

  3. Elizabeth you are funny!

I think the pigeon fancies him/herself as the official train dispatcher.

Like you, I often see city sights that remind me of Mr Hopper's eye.

Hoping to see you soon. xo

  4. REally Ms. E- you do take the best shots! The third one is very wonderful! paint worthy indeed!

  5. At least the pigeon can travel to his destination without having to be crowded in with all the other wage slaves. Hopper would have loved that shot.

  6. Love those shots esp as I was there mid morning yesterday! too burdened with a suitcase to take many shots with my phone.

  7. May be the pigeon just wants to keep an eye on commuters :)

I look forward to hearing from you!
