After too much turkey and just the right amount of family
what better thing to do than take a quiet walk on a drizzly day?
This is the trunk of the very, very old wisteria in the grounds of the
General Theological Seminary on 20th Street.
This garden always reminds me of England. Drippy bare branches -- flashes of vivid green.
How the rain drops cling to the roses
and get fatter and fatter!
Then a nice cup of tea.
Then a nice cup of tea.

Looks likie a nice walk in New York.

The first one looks very snake-like; love the ambience of the rest. Very sharp!

Beautiful pictures, and I love the autumn colours.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a great time for a walk. And a fun way to work off some of that turkey and gravy. It also looks like your weather is mild for this time of year...another blessing to add to the list. Beautiful photos as usual!
