grafiti looks multi dimensional Elizabeth, fabulous. Too much Sun here in Chennai and no rain. we have to wait and bear the heat for a couple of months, for the rain to fall at the right time. Wrong time rain causes great loss to the farmers. The whole thing is confusing Elizabeth. The climate change is affecting the migratory birds too. Hope you are doing fine. Enjoy the sun Elizabeth.
(one of the bichons fell in the river this morning but I'm keeping it a secret from Mr FF who is in the UK atm. She was okay - in fact remarkably unphased - it was me who was a panicking wreck)
I was just visiting Buster's blog too! :o) Love that view of him in the sunny spot. Our kitty Charlie is a great lover of sunny spots too. :o) The beauty of the pink sky makes the heart sing... Happy Day, Elizabeth ((HUGS))
I remember coming home in my nightclub attire when the sun was just coming up in NY. So decadent being on a bus in purple leather and black eyeliner when everyone else was headed for work! What fun I had! Sweet portrait of Buster. Strange coincidence: You mentioned Esmond(Thackeray)- I went to look for it at a second-hand bookstore. One old paperback copy - 1.00. Haven't read it yet. Catherine
A double dose of Buster! Just came from his blog :)
ReplyDeleteand a beautiful pink city as well
Stunning!
We have some welcomed glorious sun this morning, too! Wonderful pics, as always.

ReplyDeleteEnjoy the sun Elizabeth.
My cat does that too, following the patches of sunlight around the house.
ReplyDeleteGo Buster - so he does sit still sometimes then?

bigger.
:-)
babies do that don't they?
Oh..the first picture of buildings in pink is so pretty and I am sure Buster is happily lazing around...ah, who said a dog's life is tough.
ReplyDeleteNice catch! It's always nice when the sun gives a show after a long gray day.
ReplyDeleteOh, bliss - both pink sky and pup.
ReplyDeleteEverybody has already said what I am thinking about the gift of a pink sunrise and a fuzzy friend in the spot of sun.
ReplyDeleteWow...Buster has really grown...too cute. Love seeing NY in the am.
ReplyDeleteTrust Buster to find the patch of sunlight to lie in - they are not daft are they?
ReplyDeleteLovely light here in Michigan, too - but still chilly. Just visited Buster's blog - love it!
ReplyDeleteE, I love these magical pictures.
ReplyDeleteHusband is rushing me off to bed now, (we are seriously sleep-deprived), but I will write tomorrow!
And the PUPPY grabbed his share of rays! Awww!
ReplyDeleteI love the contrasting white building with its uniform windows in the middle - what an interesting take!

two fabulous photos Elizabeth!
ReplyDeleteLuxuriant!
ReplyDeleteAloha
Animals always seem to find that ray of warm light.
ReplyDeleteIt's usually cats that find the sunniest places to lie. He looks very satisfied.
ReplyDeleteI love it when that happens. He looks like one happy little pup. :-)
ReplyDeleteI am so behind. I love both photos. Isn't it nice that a little light can so easily become art?
ReplyDeleteAdd a dog to it, and it becomes a masterpiece!
