Snow makes such a nice background, doesn't it? I wish that I could recognize the bird for you.

Merry Chritmas Elizabeth! Wishing that next year’s journey is filled with blessings! Have a lovely weekend.P.S. Just received your enchanting book, Jane in Winter. We will read it in bed tonight, in front of the blazing fire.
I love this place! So cute and the best dessert after eating at Le Grenine Cafe across the street. I have had the red velvet here - great! The icing is not just decoration, it could possibly be the main event. I can tell there was a lot of time and thought put into designing how the icing would taste. It is not sugary - more like creamy and sweet. The cake is nice and moist. If you are thinking Buttercup or here, definitely here. Last time I had Buttercup, I was left wondering how they got their stellar ratings. The cake was dry and falling apart, and the icing tasted like a bag of sugar was used. So, just go to Billy's!
I look forward to hearing from you!
