Shadow Shot Sunday/Spring Almost

Spring has sprung -- at least in Macy's Windows.
34th Street and 7th Avenue.

On Saturday afternoon I went looking for shadow to join Heyharriet and the gang.
Starbcks at 8th Avenue and 19th Street.

A pretty townhouse between 8th and 9th Avenues in Chelsea.

Down at Chelsea Market, they are re-doing the big space that used to be a florist.
Something exciting going on with the floor.

The macaroons at the new French patisserie on 23rd Street
are wearing spring dresses.

  5. One of the ladies in Starbucks looks quite concerned about you taking a photo of her...hehe. The other lady looks kind of sad. Maybe the coffee didn't meet her expectations. Now posting a photo of those delicious looking treats is just cruel! :D

Have a great Sunday Elizabeth xo

  10. Love the spring fashions...takes me back several decades. I never dreamed, back then, I'd be seeing the same fashions at this point in my life!

Forget the macaroons...I want three or four of those tart thingies above them! It's breakfast time here and they would be just perfect with a cup of coffee. How lucky you have a French bakery so near.

  14. These have so much spring light in them . . . I could almost "feel" it. (I wonder what that bright orange macaroon tastes like?)

Your new header picture is wonderful -- really interesting.

  15. Hello to you, Elizabeth,

Finally a day of rest (with fog and mist to encourage relaxation) and I have happily indulged in catching up on your transitional, global posts.

You do give me wanderlust envy.

Promise to be in touch with you soon.
