Turning

As I walked back from the antiques place the other day, I noticed that the fire hydrant

had a nice shabby-chic patina with a nod to fall colors.

On Sunday we went to supper with friends and the candle flickered.

This is one of those Where's Waldo things. The dog's
nemesis is eyeing him from up the tree.

Foliage on 22nd Street.

  4. Love the fire hydrant and it's chunky letters. Oh, yes, and the candle light supper, splendid Hyacinth!Inspired me to get out tapes of Keeping up Appearances and laugh the morning away. "Richard, do wear a tie, Dear", as he goes out to dead head the roses...

  6. Autumnal shades, and the hydrant probably ought to be in the antiques market!
